Grace Morgan, Karen Kerrigan, and Beverly Gossage paneled a discussion on health care policy at FreedomWorks’ Women Win 2020 conference. They showed the terrible impact ObamaCare has had on Americans’ health care, how Democrats could make it worse, and how freer markets can fix the mess. Most importantly, they discuss what conservative women can do to win the fight to save America health care in 2020.
Grace Morgan is the Director of External Relations at Taxpayers Protection Alliance. She is tasked with developing coalition relationships and managing TPA’s communications and outreach efforts. Prior to working at TPA, Grace was the Deputy CPAC Director for the American Conservative Union. She also serves as the DC Chapter Chair for America’s Future Foundation.
Karen Kerrigan is the president & CEO of the Small Business & Entrepreneurship Council, and is the group’s chief advocate for its members. Kerrigan regularly testifies before the U.S. Congress on the key issues impacting entrepreneurs, investment and the economy, and has been appointed to numerous federal advisory boards including the National Women’s Business Council, the U.S.-Iraq Business Dialog, the U.S. Treasury’s Taxpayer Advisory Panel, and the National Advisory Committee for Labor Provisions of U.S. Free Trade Agreements.
Beverly Gossage is a Senior Fellow at Independent Women’s Voice is a former educator and District Manager for Sylvan Learning Centers who became a health insurance agent to reduce premiums for her parents’ small business in Lawrence, KS. Their plumbing company became the first full replacement group MSA/HSA. In her 14 years as a health insurance agent licensed in nearly half the states, she has exclusively written Consumer Driven Health Plans for her clients.
