Investing in Women’s Health | World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2025



Women spend on average 25% more of their lives in poor health compared to men. By addressing this disparity, it could not only improve the health and lives of millions of women but also boost the global economy by at least $1 trillion annually by 2040.

What innovations are needed to make women’s health a lasting global priority?

The 55th Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum will provide a crucial space to focus on the fundamental principles driving trust, including transparency, consistency and accountability.

This Annual Meeting will welcome over 100 governments, all major international organizations, 1000 Forum’s Partners, as well as civil society leaders, experts, youth representatives, social entrepreneurs, and news outlets.
